At Quantum Imagery, all billing is done in a flat-rate, per-job format without exception. Our reasons for this format are simple.

For you, the client, a flat-rate billing means that you won't have any hidden charges, know the full cost of your project from the start, and be assured that it will be completed on-time. (After all, if it takes us longer than expected, we're losing money, not gaining it!)

On our side, it provides many of the same advantages. Problems over billing and questions of work speed are eliminated, and from the outset, the price and scope of the job is clear.

The bottom line of flat rate billing is that money is returned to the role it should have had in all projects and companies: that of a means, not an end. We work quickly with you to resolve price, and move on -- leaving us both free to focus on the work at hand -- your project!

Notes on billing timeline: Most projects require at least two payments: One at the start, and the remainder on completion. If the project is larger than one month of work in scope, payments are generally also made on a milestone schedule listed in the contract. All billing issues are subject exclusively to the terms listed in the contract in question.
